but I'm &lt;em&gt;quite sure&lt;/em&gt; she wasn't speaking of any  formulation of HTML prior to XHTML 1.0 for those are of the devil, and evil unto.  I'm quite certain that all of Julian of Norwich's prayer validated.</description>
