					<description>Hi James, thanks for your concern.  I do use OCR (Optical Character Reader) software.

It does take a long time simply *formatting* these documents.  Most people that we get the documents from don't use Styles in their word processing software, so that all has to be undone, then new styles created and applied.

Not to mention typos fixed.</description>
