Echinacea!  That's the baby.  Get that down you for 4 weeks at the start of term and times when you think you may get run down or have greater chance of picking up germs...</description>

A few years ago someone told me to start taking Zinc tablets whenever I felt a cold coming on, and in my experience of the past few years, it really has some benefits. Basically it helps your body fight the cold off faster. The majority of colds I've had since being given this advice (probably 6 or 7 of the things) have lasted only 3 days - and only one day in each instance was bad.

So go and get some Zinc.</description>
