Mark, if I don't install the drivers then I can't reprogram the other keys, which is one of the attractions of this keyboard for me. I have now discovered that if I leave the F Lock on when I reboot the keyboard 'remembers' the F Lock status, which is good at least.

Tim, I know! There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to their choice of keys. In my book F1 = Help, F2 = Rename, F3 = Search, F4 = Close, F5 = Refresh, etc.

Looks nice. I've got to admit, M$loth certainly do tolerable hardware - when I got bad RSI shortly after starting back at this job, I switched to one of their `ergonomic natural' (split, angled) efforts with much joy.

Oh, and since when was F4 `new'? So much for consistency - why has `close' jumped to f6?

Can you maybe just not install the drivers? Would that have made the keys vanilla flavour?

Heck! It looks like the bridge of the Starship Enterprise!
