					<description>it is always worth arguing a parking ticket…  sounds like you have reasons like familiar with the area but not recent changes to parking restrictions, in a hurry with elderly/disabled person, were with a blue badge user but forgot to display…  also, if you respond within the 14days then the fine (if they don’t quash it) is still the £30 so nothing lost – worth a try ... &lt;a href="http://grayza.wordpress.com/2007/05/18/justice/" rel="nofollow"&gt;for example&lt;/a&gt;</description>
