					<description>I was thinking about this again this morning. I reckon that those in power probably &lt;em&gt;do&lt;/em&gt; realise what is the worst that could happen. 

But therein lies the problem: they are in &lt;em&gt;power&lt;/em&gt;, and don't want to relinquish any of that power, regardless of the environmental consequences.

I was reading yesterday that in a survey it showed that people would more readily move house than move banks.  I reckon it's the same here: they're rather the earth was wasted than they give up their four years (or whatever) of power.  It's really sad.</description>

I'm a bit of a believer in `you use it, you produce it'. Would love to see what would happen if someone were to suggest sticking a bunch of windfarms in Hampshire and inside the M25.</description>
